WINTER SOLSTICE HEART ALCHEMY RETREAT

21 December 2024 11am-4:30pm @ Hartland Stud

🌿 Heart Alchemy Winter Solstice Retreat 🌿

I’m excited to announce our Heart Alchemy Retreat, a nurturing experience to honour the winter solstice and balance the heart chakra. This retreat is designed to bring you into alignment with the season’s energy through yoga, creativity, and heartfelt connection.

What to expect:

🧘‍♀️ Therapeutic Yoga with Tibetan Singing Bowls – A heart-centred yoga practice to open, balance, and heal the heart chakra.

🍵 Foraged Tea & Cake – After yoga, enjoy a cosy tea session with foraged herbal teas and homemade cake while connecting with fellow participants.

🌿 Cranberry Heart Garland Making – A mindful and creative activity to craft your own heart garland, symbolising love, connection, and gratitude.

🍫 Cacao Ceremony – A sacred cacao ceremony to harmonise the heart chakra, deepen inner reflection, release blockages, and invite transformation.

📝 Journaling – Time for self-reflection, exploring themes of love, healing, and setting intentions.

💬 Circle Share – End the day in a supportive circle, sharing insights, experiences, and intentions with the group.

This retreat is in collaboration with Aicha from Lady’s Mantle, blending yoga, holistic practices, and sacred rituals for a truly transformative experience. Come with an open heart and leave feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and deeply connected.

SKIN & GUTS on 20th October 2024 9am-4pm

A DayTreat to raise funds for the fantastic local Dorset charities WillDoes and Maddies Miracle.

Learn all about our body’s largest organ, the skin, and its connection with our guts.  Listen to fascinating and insightful talks about how we can support our gut’s microbiome with prebiotics and probiotics.

Yoga and breath-work are great tools to use in supporting these organs, so join us as we use movement and breathing practices to explore and delve deeper into ourselves and our body to feel what works for you.  You will learn valuable new practices to take home and make part of your daily or weekly wellbeing routine.

Our day will close with a sacred cacao ceremony circle outside, weather permitting. Please bring a blanket for this and for your yoga practise.

There is an option to pre-order a vegan, gut friendly lunch provided by PicoPando, please note the link in your booking questions.

Ticket price £40 + booking fee.

100% of funds raised goes 50% to each charity
